Bobotel Gatot Subroto Medan

The door battery ran out causing the card unable to open the room and I have to changed to a new room. The bathroom is a bit small and the shower head has a Crack on it.

Very basic but we didn't need more. Could be a bit clearer though. WiFi was not always working but at the reception they reacted fast.

Good location. Easy to find. Walk to Delipark for about 20mins on foot

worst WIFi, worst plug in near the bed for Indonesian people because it was Malaysian plug jn type so i have to plug in near the tv which is far from my bed. the staff are not quite nice just average attitude. the soap dispenser in the bathroom already empty but they not fill it. wont go back again to this hotel. better find another hotel which can be more cheap and better.

The picture that I uploaded is what I expect for Breakfast. But, in fact, the breakfast is the only box sent to your room. And in the room, there is no table, nor a chair. The only way to eat the food is by sitting on the floor to avoid spilling foods on your bed. Don't expect a window if staying here. The bathroom is so small, and the floor is so slippery. Wondering, do they brush the floor even once a week? Won't come again 😅

The place is so small and unclean, not worth for you to spend your time to stay

Toilets are small. Facilities are not that well maintained.

The hotel staff very nice and helpful , the location is great and center of Medan . Recommend
