Nice with a couple of small items.
Nice basic accommodation. The apartment is actually set up pretty well. It's older but does the job. The only issue is sound, voices and sound can travel in there, and if you have loud neighbors, they can be disruptive. Location is fantastic to so many things. Stores, train, entertainment Parque Poblado. Hot water works well, just make sure you have a folded towel down, you might get a good amount of water on the floor.

Excellent apartment
Quick check in , excellent location, good Wi-Fi , good AC , safe and very reasonable price . My go to location in Medellin , all the other apartments of this owner are very good. Everything very well organized. From check on to check out and everything in between
