Hotel was close to the airport. Offered a shuttle service. Sports Bar and restaurant was reasonably priced. Service was great. Front Desk staff awesome. Room was stocked well and very clean. Hotel was very quiet. Bed above all was very comfortable. Will stay here again.

Easy check-in, friendly staff. Room was clean and fairly spacious. Plenty of pillows and the bed was comfortable. Our only complaints were the tv - the sound was tinny and annoying and the noisy, obnoxious light in the bathroom. Hint - use the timed heat lamp and avoid the buzz. Extra compliments to our server, Jessica, at The Grill restaurant, who went out of her way to make our dining experiences special.

Room, breakfast, pool, and hot tub were great. They couldn't print me out a receipt which was odd. They assured me they would email me a receipt, but they did not. Otherwise, everything was really good.

With a severe winter storm coming, I needed to be at the airport at 4:30 am from my home in Grants Pass 35 miles away. I made the decision to stay in Medford overnight at a hotel that offered shuttle service and parking. The Rogue Regency was the perfect solution and ******* offered a great rate. I had a nice dinner, a good night's sleep, and relaxed. Was in Puerto Vallarta the next afternoon!

Love the beds and the connection with the restaurant. As usual the staff interaction was not good. Came across as stuck up. Wouldn't acknowledge me even for 2 seconds while on the phone...its a hospitality company. You should be able to at least do that simple multi task.

This was a short overnight stay, so I don’t have a lot of information. The rooms are large, they only seem to have 2-queen bed rooms, so that isn’t great, but ok. The beds are comfortable, service is very good, the desk folks are very polite and helpful, there is a good restaurant under the same roof, and there is a free breakfast, with the caveat that it is very limited. You can order from the full menu at the regular price.

The staff members were pleasant. But, when I asked which entrance was best for my handicapped partner I was told to take the elevators at the lobby to the room. It turns out our room was at the opposite end of the long building. There was another handicapped entrance at that end of the building. That would have been helpful to know as that was a long walk with her walker.
The room itself was outdated, the furniture had scratches all over it, there were poorly patched holes in the wall. The air conditioner/heating unit had been replaced with a smaller unit. You could see outside through the space on each side of the unit!
There was a mask on the floor as well as pieces of leaves and dirt that had blown through the holes in the wall next to the heater/air conditioner.
It appears this was once a nice motel, but it has not been updated or well maintained.

Nice hotel, you can tell it was a luxury hotel in the past. Very helpful and friendly staff. Food was good at both restaurants. Easy accessible and ample parking. Clean and comfortable. One thing that needs improving was the dated electrical and shower/tub combo.
