I had a lovely stay at this hotel. I would especially like to thank the receptionist, who was incredibly helpful, friendly, and always smiling.

Good, just that the reception was a bit slow. A shuttle bus was provided to the mosque. All the service was friendly.

The staff is friendly and helpfull. Even the location also is walking distance to haram. The shuttle provided also is very punctual and convenient.

I was very happy to stay this hotel. I will recommended my friends and family to stay this hotel.

Trip.com says it is about 16 minutes walking but google map says 28 to 32 miutes walking. That is why i canceled ny resrvation due to fauls i formation. And trip.com do not wants to return my.money back.

Got free shuttle to haram. Free drinking water corridor of the room.

Suitable for families, solo travelers, friends also. The hotel was very nice, about 1,2 Km /10 min walk from haram , pretty feasible/doable , check in was smooth , the rooms were clean I got 7th floor where I was welcomed with a big smile, respect and great service from Mr Fairoos, who made sure I got the best experience, asked for some extra towels and gave it to me fast, and I would always come back to a tidy room and a big smile , would definitely recommend and would surely rebook for next madinah Trip, my heart is still in this beautiful holy city.

The hotel was very dirty, the room was full of dust and the bedding was very dirty.

Average.. location is good, however you have to wait for the elevator each time you want to come and go
