The hotel staff were polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with any requests. Breakfast had a good variety of options, and the overall environment of the hotel was calm and family-friendly. I truly appreciate the smooth check-in and check-out process. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Madinah for Umrah or ziyarah. I would definitely stay here again in the future.
