Spacious room, spacious bathroom, varied and delicious sahoor menu, the distance from the Nabawi Mosque for women is a bit far, you can enter from mosque doors no. 12-14. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay here, although it's a bit far from the women's prayer area. But it's very close if you want to take an electric car to the Quba Mosque or shop on Quba Road.

The hotel was clean and conveniently located near the elevator, so no waiting. The food was good but lacked variety. It's a great price for the facilities provided.

Hotel was located in close proximity to Masjid nabawi. Housekeeping was very friendly and approachable, especially a housekeeper Sultan. Beds are comfortable room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast variety OK but restaurants are very small. Had to wait for 15 minutes at busy times for a table to have breakfast with the family for four of us.

The standout feature of Emaar Mektan is undoubtedly its location. Situated in the North Central Area, it is roughly a 3 to 5-minute walk to the courtyards of Al-Masjid an-Nabawi. It is particularly convenient for female travelers, as it is close to the gates leading to the ladies' prayer sections (Gate 25 area).

Can not be any better. Hotel Staff so helpfull and great customer service. Best location to Haram Nabwy.. 2 to 3 minutes of walking.. Clean nice size Room. I will come back again and again if i can..

Hi, basically we been fine. Till we been told our dinner was cancelled because off Ramadan!! OK understand but at least do something about it. Unfortunately nothing has been done till I have to tell them can you please send you something my little one upset 😡 then the guy in coffee shop Egyptians sent as very bad pizza no one eaten. 😢 I have to go out and spend 100 riyal saudi 🇸🇦 from my on pocket. And my dinner never came. as I haven't been, offered refund for stolen dinner 🍽 😏. The terrible thing that same guy in coffee shop wants me to pay for drinks. I said take your pizza back and I don't want drink. Even the lady witch is the deputy director was nice to us she's Egyptians i believe.

Good hotel. Supportive Staff, however, the washrooms construction is a bit off - water stays there and does not go away. Hence whenever you do abulation there you could not feel clean.

Stayed here 5 nights- 23 to 28 September 2025. My adult nephew with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour ran away. The Duty Manager Rimah did everything she could to help us including speaking to the police to help file a miss person report. The housekeeping staff Hasan was off-duty and came across my nephew and brought him back to the hotel in a taxi. At this pool he been missing for more than 8 hours. The concierge was great too. Laundry service was spot on. I am genuinely sorry to the other guests who stayed during this time and that were on the 2nd floor as my nephew had challenging behaviour as part of his disability. Thank you to all the staff at Emaaar Mektan. You treated us like family and genuinely cared and appreciated our difficult circumstances. A huge shout out to Rimah the duty manager and the housekeeper Hasan.

Bad start when they told us parking is not available(full), when it is clearly listed as an amenity provided by the hotel. It was also very annoying how they told me it's not available then waited to see how I would take that news, meaning if I made a huge deal and threw a fit they would probably have found me parking. Which means parking is full with people who maybe don't have the right to use the parking but made a big fuss and got the parking. Location amazing, too good. Bell boy was awesome and hospitable and provided amazing service. Both phones in the room were broken! Pillows were maybe the best pillows I've had in any hotel ever. Front desk told us hotel was fully booked, which was not true. I wish they put in more effort into helping with booking extra nights. Cafe/room service menu was not all available. Service overall of all workers was very courteous.
