Reviews of Crowne Plaza MADINAH by IHG

We found the location was excellent very close walking distance to Masjid-e-Nabawi although bit further to walk to get to women’s prayer area. The hotel does offer shuttle buses for the women at each prayer time. The room itself was outdated the bathroom had a constant smell and is also outdated, our room was very cramped not much space to manoeuvre and not even a luggage rack to place suitcase. Considering its rated a 5* we did not get the 5* feel.

Very nice hotel in an excellent location close to Masjid Al Nabbawi and opposite As Safiyyah Museum and Park which has a nice souq and many places to eat. I booked a triple room which was a little smaller than ideal but was clean. The staff were very nice and helpful and the breakfast was good. There was also a regular shuttle bus for anyone that may have difficulties walking the short distance to the Haram.

Every thing were excellent, to mention The carpet in the room is overrun with spots and need change.staff and services are superb..

The staff are very helpful, location good, More attention needs to be paid to cleanliness and the furniture in the rooms.

The staff were all attentive and checked on us from time to time to ensure that we are having a good stay.

Near Haram Gate 301 but quite a distance to ladies gate. Hotel is clean, comfy bed, acceptable varieties of breakfast.

Everything was in place and you can get to everywhere in very short time

Good stay. Close to the masjid. Only drawback is that it is located after the imam.

Staff at the reception was very cooperative. Helped me to buy a train ticket as my credit card didn’t work in SAR website. Breakfast was great as well.

Toilet and rooms are bit congested. WiFi is not that fast. Location wise really good and close to Rawdah.

JUST AMAZING HOTEL EXPERIENCE. IN MEDINAH I THINK THIS IS THE BEST HOTEL. THEIR SERVICE WAS TOO GOOD. VERY RESPONSIVE.

This 3rd time stay in Crowne plaza hotel madinah. It’s improve more in food variety & choices. Reception also improved but while check out seem the system down & delay the process of check out. Location: good for man because near yo pray area Overall I like to stay here
