Excellent location, only 100 metres from Haram, clean rooms, some with Masjid Al Nabwi view, courteous staff. Toilets/ shower are a bit too cramped. Breakfast could be improved but convenient location would mean I will come again.

Stayed one night with my wife , great location and amazing breakfast

My stay on 9 to 11 of Feb 2023. Excellent location, short walk from towards the Masjid - the side of the Green Dome. Also a short walk to the food market. Friendly staff and spacious clean room - good condition bath and shower (no horrible grout work)- comfortable mattress topper - clean Tea/Coffee making facilities. Hallway to room smells good with some sort of atomiser and lifts are fast, on either side of the hallway. The receptionist kindly gave me an upgrade from the usual room I'd booked. All in all, this was a pleasant and peaceful experience. I comfortably got changed into my Ihram, ready for my onwards journey to Makkah via train. Mr Akhtar

Rooms very small specially those with two single beds are very small for two people the location is good just five minutes walk away from the masjid Al nabawi breakfast is normal not as good as expected

i’ve never seen that, you have to beg 4 or 5 time a day for getting the bedroom clean, and even like this they don’t come. The carpet is not very clean. And if you dare to complain to the reception, they look like they don’t care at all. it’s a pity because the location is good. the price is so high compare to the bad service. i’ll never come back in this hotel even for free. thank you.

Customer service at hotel is extremely good . Staff at hotel very helpful . You feel welcomed . I would defiantly recommend it and would love to stay again on next visit .

From the arrival all the staff they are all kindness. Many thanks to Fay at reception. I was able to enjoy an upgrade with a magnificent view and early arrival. A word of advice, be an IHG member, you will benefit from advantageous prices. I can't wait to come back. Thank you

Stayed here after moving from a close by hotel which was full on my selected dates, and ooh boy, did i not regret my decision. My room had the most beautiful view of Haram and Masjid Bilal..pure goodness waking up to that. The cafe downstairs served me well, nice cakes. Location is perfect, very near Haram. Housekeeping was perfect and on time. No complains.

The location is not that convenient as there is a lot of roadworks right in front of the hotel and the taxi kept on hoping round and round until he found the right entrance. The hotel is a bit worn out but the staff are excellent. The best staff are the ones at the front desk and housekeeping. I was told that as a Diamond Elite Member, I was upgraded to a premium club room. It was exactly the same as the other rooms - small and basic - the only difference was it was on the Club floor which made no sense as the Club lounge was closed for repairs. I would have been happier if they had upgraded me to a suite room. As a welcome amenity I chose the breakfast and being the Holy month of Ramadan it was the Suhoor buffet. The buffet was awesome and had a wonderful spread of food to choose from.

Hotel location is on the third block ( last ). South side of the Holy Mosque. Am fine with the room although could be slightly better. Wish the hotel, place more bottle water in the room as we need to drink more than usual as our walk can be quite a distance. My biggest concern is the breakfast. It definitely much to be improve. Desserts are less compare to other international hotel of the same equivalent. I hope they will improve .... be coming in November. Check in was OK. But, have to do a bit of waiting as my flight was early. Nevertheless, thank you Alhamdulilah.

This property doesn't deserve to he an IHG. It was my worst experience with IHG. Starting from the room furniture are very old cupboards door are damage room for 3 persons and amenities foe two persons that is at least fine. I was calling room service to get something surprisely it was not come until I call them more than three times the worst is the hot water issue I called them same day when I checked in unfortunately they did not come next day untill I called them more than 5 times finally someone came to fix the issue when I checked with him he told me they just infromed them now so he run and came this is completely careless service because of reception they are not informing the concern department dispute I saw in one shift more than 6/7 staff on duty to proved us this kind of service so that guests will come here for one time only and I can assure that this will be my first and last stay with this property and I will make sure that my friends and family will not visit this property. What make me surprise duty manager are not answering the phone so what you can aspect form others.
