Al Ritz Al Madinah

Hotel was in good location near from Haram just 4-5 mins walk. Restaurants around was good & rooms also very good. Room Prices also good in search at trip.com as compare to others & booking was quite good & easy. Trip.com always great Experience.

Al ritz is very recomended for staying in Madinah. The location is near nabawi mosque, the staffs are quite friendly.

I booked a triple bed room, but the hotel generously upgraded us to a suite room at no extra charge. It was such a lovely surprise! The suite was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed. The beds were very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. Thank you to the hotel team for the thoughtful gesture — it made our stay even more memorable.

Very nice room and close to haram Washroom needs a little maintenance, other than that it was a perfect one night stay in the hotel.

I was really impressed with the hotel, location and the friendliness of the staff. The hotel was very clean and always had a pleasant smell all the time. Rooms were very spacious, even the bathroom was very big. Room had a safe, ironing board and tge complementary tea, coffee and water bottles, which I thought was a nice touch. Staff were very friendly, both the housekeeping and on reception. Always made you feel welcome and always offering to help. There are 4 lifts, which are quite fast but during peak times can take a while to get in and out of them. But to work around that, you just leave earier for prayers, Masjid Nabawi is less than 5 minutes away, so location was excellent and you have all eatery close by.
