Jiazhou Holiday Hotel

The hotel facilities are outdated! The blankets are stained! The hygiene is poor! The floor is dirty! The lighting is dim, making it hard on the eyes! The space is small, the bed is too big for the mattress, and you'll bump your feet. Especially if you're traveling with children, be careful. There are safety hazards. I went into the parking lot first, but they tricked me into parking at a 90-degree turn, which is very dangerous. I washed my car before leaving, so there were no signs of wear. After parking for 12 hours, there's a scratch. The hotel didn't properly review the 12-hour CCTV footage; they just rushed through it. They said only one car passed by! The hotel said they don't have enough staff to review the CCTV footage and told me to check it myself.

The staff are very friendly and enthusiastic. They always care about the needs of the guests and provide thoughtful services, which makes me feel very warm and comfortable. The environment of this hotel is very beautiful, with exquisite and elegant design everywhere, which makes me feel the unparalleled elegance.

Someone was smoking on the fire escape and the room smelled too strong. The toilet has a peculiar smell and the parking space is limited and parking is inconvenient.
