"The room size was adequate, and the facilities were standard. The breakfast was suitable and just right. It's very convenient for shopping, dining, and drinking nearby. My only two minor complaints are: first, I suggest putting two bottles of water in the mini-fridge and two more in the tea bar, so guests can choose as needed; second, the floor mat by the coffee table often clashes with the computer chair, which I recommend adjusting.
I highly recommend this small, unpretentious restaurant near Jieyang Airport – the food is incredibly fresh with great 'wok hei' (wok breath/flavor)!"

"Great location, and they didn't jack up prices for Chinese New Year, which was a pleasant surprise. It's also an easy walk to the ancient town. The only downside was that most shops around were closed during the holiday. A huge plus for EV owners though: they have a charging station right outside the hotel! Definitely worth a good review. The pickled noodles and specialty soup for breakfast were both quite good."

"I'm satisfied! During the Chinese New Year, getting a hotel in Meizhou was a real struggle, you had to snatch them up. Atour is definitely one of the better hotels in Meizhou. It's clean and hygienic, and the breakfast is actually better and more unique than at other Atour hotels nationwide. The service is also attentive and warm. If you're looking for good value for money and a relaxed stay, you can't go wrong with this Atour."

"I brought my mom here based on a travel blogger's recommendation. The blogger mentioned that the front desk helped with luggage upon arrival, but we didn't receive that service. The location is excellent; it's lovely to stroll along the river after dinner, and it's very convenient to get to the old town. We were given complimentary fruit. The cleanliness was just so-so, and some areas felt a bit dated. My main complaint is that the floors are thin, and the soundproofing from upstairs is poor. We unfortunately had children staying above us who were running barefoot at 11:30 PM, during naptime, and again at 6 AM. I reported it to the front desk staff, hoping they could speak to them, but instead of potentially offending the guests, they offered to move us to another room. I declined because I didn't want the hassle of packing and moving all our luggage. Unfortunately, the noise continued on the second night. This was quite bothersome to me."

The room itself was spacious and bright, with wonderfully soft and comfortable bedding. The square across the street was lively at night, and we thoroughly enjoyed the authentic local cuisine.
