We stayed in teak and it was nice and spacious. It was raining in the evening and the view was nice. Pool was nice and food was good. The mini refrigerator in side room was not working. Electric power used to go and come and the generator change over was manual, so must expect some small delay.

WE HAD A VERY BAD EXPEREIENCE, ROOMS ARE VERY SMALL, NO A/C, ROOMS SMELLS VERY BAD, ITS NOTHING LIKE WE SEE IN THE PORTAL, WE HAD BOOKED THE HOTEL THROUGH MAKE MY TRIP PORTAL, ONCE WE ARRIVED AT THE HOTEL, WE REQUESTED FOR ROOM CHANGE AS WE ARE 3 PAXS WITH FAMILY, WE MET RESORT MANAGER MR.ARUN ,HE WAS LIKE PLEASE CANCEL YOUR BOOKING, WE ARE FACING LOT OF COMPALINTS FROM ONLINE BOOKING CUSTOMERS, AFTER ARGUING WITH HIM HOW CAN YOU SAY LIKE THIS AFTER WE HAVE COME ALL THE WAY FROM BANGALORE, FINALLY ANOTHER LADY GAVE US OTHER ROOM, BUT VERY SMALL ROOMS, BREAKFAST IS OK. WE STAYED IN AREACA 1 ROOM, EARLIER WE HAD GOT ROOM NEXT TO CLOSET AND TOILETS IT WAS EVEN WORST, I WOULD NEVER RECOMMED THIS RESORT TO MY FAMILY/ FRIENDS OR CLOSE ASSOCIATES.

Its very worst condition for me and my family. Manager is not understood any thing. No service. Present. Lizard on bed ac not working. I do not recommend. Any gujrati to stay. Wheel chair not available

The resort was good and staff behaviour was also decent. However the food was not good and we told the same to them as well. Once we ordered bread omelette for dinner and it was not properly cooked. We told this to resort staff and they cancel-led the order and apologised for the same which was very good. We used the swimming pool as well. Overall great place to stay however they need to improve their food options

they are giving basic facilities but aminities are not truly functional
and you are collection money on basis of that

I stayed with my family of 4. 2 kids and my husband. Overall the stay has been good and am satisfied with the services. Listing below some points that might be helpful
pros
1 situated close to tourist attractions( within max 30 min drive) in madikeri town
2. Courteous and helping staff
3. Peaceful and serene and good for a short stay. 4. I stayed in room type 'tribe. It's huge and has a nice view of jungle. 5. Dedicated space for parking and roads to resort are good cons
1. Small resort with very few things to do in the resort
2. Only 1 restaurant with few staff so food will take time to be served
3. Food taste is fine but varieties are very limited
4. No close by shops etc so be prepared to have backup if you are travel-ling with kids

Overall all a good/decent stay. Breakfast was good. Little expensive but not sure because of weekend. Need to improve resort’s amenities.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longe
