The location is excellent, right next to the Courtyard by Marriott, sharing the same parking garage. The room is spacious, and there are two security doors to access the upper floors, making it very safe. This building also has a large infinity pool with a great view. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Malacca River and about a 20-minute walk to Jonker Street.

Worth the price. Free parking service provided for the room type. Nice view. Recommended.

This is probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. It's hidden next to a Courtyard, with just a desk masquerading as a front desk. There were absolutely no toiletries, not even water. After a difficult check-in, I discovered the place looks like a prison, with iron gates. Inside one large iron gate, two rooms faced each other from opposite ends. Once I got into my room, even more 'surprises' awaited: the sheets and pillows were stained with unknown colors. I didn't even dare take off my clothes, huddling in a corner of the bed all night. I had planned for two days, but since I couldn't find any other decent hotels, I immediately decided to cut my trip short. I have no idea how this place can even be called a hotel; it's worse than a motel or even a guesthouse.

The scenery is the best, and the service is good. Can get in touch with counter using WhatsApp, easy to contact.

Great location, near the jonker street and very easy to get Grab to go anywhere for those who isn't drive. The room is nice and clean, it would be great if have filter water. Will come back again if I come Melaka in future!

APPLE shares a building with a larger hotel, tucked away in a corner of the building's parking garage. The front desk is just a small table, where two polite Malaysian ladies check guests in. Although they don't speak Chinese, communication is possible through smartphone apps. Check-in is strictly after 3 PM. Luggage storage is free, but items are simply placed behind the front desk in a small concrete partition, without any receipts given, only an assurance of CCTV surveillance. Despite some inner apprehension, our luggage was safe and sound when we returned in the evening. The room is split-level: a double bed downstairs, and upstairs, another double bed and a single bed, making it perfect for families of 4-5 or groups of friends traveling together. Malacca isn't very large, and the hotel is about a twenty-minute walk from the Dutch Square, which is quite convenient. The apartment complex has a mini-supermarket, a swimming pool, and a ping-pong table, so the facilities are quite comprehensive. Crucially, the price is incredibly attractive, at only 200+ RMB per night, making it the best value for money hotel of our entire trip. Highly recommended.

Overall stay are acceptable. Sofa cover need to clean, felt itchy while sitting there.

My child and I slipped on the toilet floor, which is very unsafe. We also noticed a small cockroach during our stay. The hotel’s cleanliness definitely needs to be upgraded.

The apartment is in a convenient location and the facilities are good for families, especially the playground and the infinity pool with a great sea view. The beds are comfortable and the 2-bedroom layout is suitable for small families. However, the cleanliness was disappointing. The apartment wasn’t properly cleaned and we saw small cockroaches. There is no washing machine, and the hair dryer is very small and not practical. The Wi-Fi was also quite weak. Although Netflix was provided, it kept loading due to the unstable connection. These issues affected the comfort of our stay. Overall, the place is okay, but cleanliness and the Wi-Fi connection need to be improved.

The room that we book is different that we get.. Never thought that got staircase inside our unit like penthouse, especially for those ho have knee pain. The first time when I book I get the perfect room very happy and the game start after you book for the second time , even they said room haven't cleaning yet until we reach at 7.30pm and request for 30 minutes time to do the cleaning , really very disappointed.

The room is cozy and cold, good location but need to drive car. Good place to stay.The management shall provide more amenities and provide good quality of services in fast manner.

I was attending my uni friends wedding at Melaka. Together with me was my boyfriend and one of our friend. We booked deluxe two bedroom suite. If there is any signage outside will be better for us to confirm the location, we were checked with the security guard to ensure the hotel location. It was beside the Countyard. The living room was surprisingly large. It also included a microwave for some food heat up. And the nearby convenience store 7-11 was within 6 mins (walking distance) from the hotel. Thinking that by providing a disposable slippers would have been helpful, as the floor felt cold with the air conditioning on.
