We like the place and shall be arranging more stay here , however , our request to extend to 2-3pm not granted and we had to pay a penalty fee. No doubt the staff was courteous, but we were pressured with multiple reminders on penalties despite our earlier booking request for extension . We are having a group of friends which are regular golfers travelling to malacca for golfing and entertainment frequently . Our golfing times are sometimes delayed due to traffic jams, travel time, weather delay etc n we envisage our time check out maybe 2-3 hours delayed which lead to our request but unintentional. Is there any way that the management can check whether this issue can be resolved or recommend us an option . Look forward to your response before our next booking. Tqvm for all matters attended.

Good and spacious 2 bedroom right in the city center. Good location which is accessible to local sites. Staff was helpful and accomodating. Comes with parking and the unit was complete with amenities ( indoor slipers, toothbrush, shampoo, shower gel, clean towels, etc)

Can't believe this was the service we received in airBNB, we hope whoever see this comment may cancel ur idea of booking this homestay. 1.The receptionist told us that we were able to check-in at 2pm, so we waited for 1hr then was informed the check-in time was 3pm. ***? 2.We leave the AC open and found out the water leakage issue when got back at 10pm. All our belongins on the floor got wet. They didn't immediately changed a room for us until we waited for 30mins n got the message no staff gonna come to check the AC issue. 3.We took the shower at 4pm, 11pm and 10am the other morning, all without hot water. I doubted whether u really provide hot bath or not? Anyway, an rediculous n bad experience.

Location great with 10 minutes drive to city center. Friendly staff with good parking spaces.

The amenities and location of the hotel are very worth the price. The rooms are pretty spacious too. But there’s like no room service as we had to ask and bargain for a new set of towels and toothbrushes for the second night.

Had an awesome stay at this premise. All the security personnel were friendly. Thumbs Up!

Everything went smoothly and it was just a relaxing place to stay. There’s a food place and convenience store about 5 mins walk from the place. The cleanliness was good however I wished that they had washing machine in the house so that we could wash our clothes. You have to book for the gym so that you have the gym to yourself and the swimming pool was nice too! Didn’t managed to take photos of the rooms however, it’s very spacious and cozy! We did managed to see fireworks at the center of Malacca too

Me and my families came at 6pm and still been asked to wait for 30mins because they forgot to clean the house. The floor is still wet during check in. The toilet smells. Not to mentioned the refrigerator though, its wet and left us some leftover from previous staff. It could have been better with the price paid.

Very simple design.. suitable for family vacation..the condo also big and all kitchen supplies have.. easy to stay for a couple days.

Overall is great n happy to stay here. Only a little few point, if have upgraded for this point will be perfect. 1. Toothbrush ~ too softened cant support at back to brush my teeth 😅 2. Vinly / Spc on room is tear up and hit on my toes 😵💫 3. Water pressure for shower is too low.
