Needs some updates and it would be nice if there was a newer sleeper couch with bedding available. This condo is on the beach so that was nice to wake up to in the morning.

The host was very responsive to messages throughout our stay. The apartment is right on the beach and there are quite a few restaurants and cafes nearby. The beach and area are very clean, there was no trash lying around and the weather was perfect.

Excellent location. Could not get tv. Comfortable beds, quiet. Kitchen outlets not great.

Beach cottage
Location was great. The parking was a little difficult. There was a boat in the lot several different times.
There was a lack of plug ins. Example, no place to plug in the microwave. The patio was nice and access to the beach was good!
Overall, it is a great place for one or two people. But not a place to have a couple of friends over to entertain

Run down, outdated, NOT clean
Not properly clean, inside, microwave, filthy, dirty, same with refrigerator, trash in apartment from last guest. Did not even attempt to take a shower or sleep in the sheets. Too disgusting. Also, no written instructions to operate, TV, or access Internet. Host was not helpful in solving issues such as uncleaned unit and to provide proper information for new guest. Unfortunately, there’s more to say about this property but I don’t have the time.

Loving Melbourne Beach ❤️
This was a perfect vacation and perfect stay ,everything was great including the local restaurants, the beach access, the host ,the apartment was perfect, the parking was great .
