Beautiful downtown Melbourne Beach renovated apartment one block from the beach!

Spacious, upstairs apartment with updated bathroom. I especially enjoyed the deck (upstairs).

Great location and cleaned to our standards. We will definitely stay there again! I would highly recommend this place especially for any couple wanting a clean place and so close to the beach

Flawless stay, just right! The apartment was well-decorated and updated. We had all the comforts of home but felt like we were at the beach. The king sized bed was super comfy! We loved the private patio and outdoor chairs for morning coffee. Everything worked fine. Check in and out was super easy. Very clean space. Literally a very short 3 minute walk to the Atlantic side of the island and 9 minutes to the river side. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again.

Amazing The location of this sweet little apartment is perfect. The place is well appointed with everything you need. The property manager/owner is easily accessible and responsive. It wasn’t clean when I arrived but the owner addressed and fixed that immediately. Great stay overall.

Little hidden gem! This was such an adorable condo just a 2 minute walk to the sand. It was exceptionally clean and adorable. The bed was very comfy and the shower with 2 shower heads was so relaxing after a day in the sun. The location is exceptional. The owner, Ken, is very communicative and quick to respond. Just one small recommendation is to supply shampoo and conditioner. This place was a gem of a find for a beach vacation!

Great stay! This was a great stay in a great location! The apartment was clean and well equipped. Less than a block to the beach for those long walks. I loved sitting on the balcony! The Melbourne Market across the street is wonderful. Several restaurants in walking distance. Love the Sunnyside! Also close to the Shell Shop for souvenirs! Melbourne Beach is a very safe small town. Ken was a very helpful host! I am sure I will be back!

Cozy Beach Apartment You can’t beat this location! A short walk to everything, and Ken was very responsive and easy to work with. It was our second time here, and we’re already looking forward to returning.
