Best Western Properties in Melbourne

This is definitely a hotel I'd want to stay at again; check-in was super smooth. The room and bed were really small, but it's newly renovated and has everything you need, plus a nice city view from the window. The price was fantastic, and the location is super convenient – you can walk everywhere you want to go in the city. The only downside is that it's a bit close to the train tracks, so light sleepers might want to bring earplugs. The air conditioning kept showing errors and wasn't working very well.

The hardware is satisfactory, but as a BW global diamond card member, I was a little surprised that I had to check out at 10 am. I was rejected in person when communicating with the station.

The room was quite spacious, and although the facilities were basic, it was perfect for a one-night stopover. The breakfast was decent too. The family room had one large and one small bed. We stayed here on our first night in Melbourne and again on our last night before departing. They offer a free shuttle service to and from the airport, and there's a small commercial area about 400 meters away with a good selection of restaurants. It's definitely the best choice for an airport transfer, and I'd stay here again if needed!

Friendly staff and great location. Some confusion about whether I had paid or not (which I had). A bit annoying but nothing major.
