Couldn't check in because my credit card expired and they don't accept cash. They also refused to cancel the booking or refund the room fee, even though I didn't stay. Luckily, Trip.com helped mediate and probably covered the cost themselves. This overseas experience was such a rip-off!

The location is convenient, right downstairs there's a free tram. This trip was to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. I only emailed the hotel one day in advance, and they replied immediately, offering to arrange a small cake and red wine, which was really thoughtful. The downsides are that the ventilation system is a bit poor, water leaks out of the bathroom, and the bed is too soft. The hotel has a gym, sauna, and pool. Having a sauna after a day of shopping is incredibly relaxing.

Located right at the tram stop, it's just around the corner from parliament station and Chinatown too. With plenty of food options, personable and accomodating staff, it was a terrific stay for us. Will stay again!

I highly recommend this hotel! It's very affordable, conveniently located, and right in the city center. Plus, there are lots of restaurants nearby, and Melbourne city attractions are within walking distance.

The staffs have been gi ing their best service at the counter. Good stay for the family with space in the room, swimming pool, etc. The location is very good. Restaurants of various cuisines, free tram, walking distance to various attractions.

Juliana, Jamie and Te Rievu were hospitable and helpful in arranging all the 6 rooms on the same floor for my family members and me, especially during this sensitive time. The roooms were clean and spacious. The quiet lobby area was apt for our family catch ups. It would be a little more special if there is a little gifting to one of my family members whose birthday fell during the accomodation period. Nonetheless, the hotel is good and will return again.
