Great location and size of room was spacious. Facilities were clean and heater was effective for winter. Centrally located opposite Dior and along shopping street. However, maintenance can be improved as our living room light was spoilt, the door between the living room and bedroom cannot be closed completely and the switch to the induction stoves were wrongly connected (which caused my food to be overcooked and I nearly burnt myself as I thought a stove was off when it was in fact on...). But staff is receptive to feedback and overall, still recommended

The hotel is in the city center and traveling is very convenient. Melbourne is a small city and you can reach this place by walking. The environmental sanitation is also good, friends said it is very good.

Friendly staff and clean room. Pleasant enough room, however it needs a refresh and closer attention to maintenance. For example in my room the dishwasher was out of order, the blind in the living area was unusable and one of the bedside lamps did not work (not the bulb).

The property is ideally situated near the city centre and just opposite the theatre that we had booked for that evening. We just needed somewhere to sleep so the kitchen facilities which seemed to be extensive were wasted on us.

The property was unique and clean.
However we requested for 2 single beds and when we arrived, it was still in a king configuration.
We requested that this be changed and they said someone would be up shortly to rectify, we went out and got back around 11:30pm and it wasn't done.
We rang the phone number and they were unable to do anything about it. We had teenage children having to share a bed.
This was disappointing, the rest was nice.
