Excellent service. Front desk personnel very helpful with directions around the area and the access to free tram within the city

Last renovation pre COVID period ~2017, so don't expect new facilities. e.g. Pans not usable. Washing machine, Dryer, Dishwasher are actually working. Somewhat understaffed. Cleaning every 3 nights, but that didn't happen, so be prepared. Central location is it's strongest point.

The room was spacious and had a washer and dryer. We didn't book breakfast at the hotel, but there are tons of cafes nearby, so you can easily find one to have breakfast at any of them.

1. Insufficient kitchen facilities, not 4 sets of bowls and cups for a 4-person room, and insufficient cooking utensils 🙂↕️ 2. Poor room hygiene 3. The bathtub is shallow and easy to slip 4. The carpet in the room seems not to be cleaned, and there are hairpins left by past guests everywhere 5. The water in the shower faucet in the bathroom is weak, and the water temperature is sometimes hot and sometimes cold 6. The room facilities are very old, and the kitchen cabinet is broken😩

The rooms are large and located in the city center, about a 7-minute walk from Chinatown. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerators, home appliances and dishwashers.

The room was not bad. Maybe there was language communication problem and it was not cleaned every day. Then on the last day, I felt that maybe they cleaned the hotel in the morning. It took two or three days to clean out the garbage bags. On the third day, the room was cleaned. There are also places to eat nearby. After passing the traffic lights after exiting the hotel, walk down and there is a very good steakhouse on the right. Foreigners eat more and the steaks are good. When you come out of the hotel, go right and turn right at the first traffic light. There is a bus. You can go to the outlets. It is very convenient to get in and out. It is close to Chinatown. The supermarket is a ten-minute walk away. There is a lot to buy. It is recommended to drag a suitcase there. Because the road has a slope...it's very difficult to walk😥Let's talk about the hotel. The living room is very practical, the room is two rooms, and the kitchen is also good. I went to Wei Ma's to buy steaks and shrimps and fried them myself. Very good too👍👍

First of all, we praise Ctrip for its feedback speed and solving the problem in time. The location of the hotel is okay, but the housekeeping is really bad. The sand on the bedside table has not been wiped for two days. The most outrageous thing is that the toilet brush is placed on the sink! I don’t know what it means, so I sent the photo to the hotel.

The location of adina is very good, right in the city center, very convenient to go everywhere. Check-in at the front desk was quick and the service was attentive. The first choice for family travel.
