A good location near Flinders street train station, major tram stops, shops & restaurants. Only problem is that there is no place to unload luggage & car park is very narrow & limited. As we were given a room on the 2nd floor, it was also quite nosy.
We were also happy with the free upgrade from studio to 2 bedroom apartment and having a nespresso coffee machine in the room.

Location is strategic, close to many good cafes, restaurant and shopping malls.
Staffs are all friendly and helpful.
We arrived around 11 am plus and they let us enter our room earlier than the check in time.
Our flight back home was midnight and they gave us a late check out (11 am).
Our one bedroom apartment was spacious, the kitchen utensils were complete. We cooked our breakfast everyday.
The staff upon check in offered us a extra bed too but we didn't take it.
I will come back to Melbourne next year and will definitely stay again in punthill 👍

Repeat stay. Check in was easy. Front desk staff were helpful. Especially Nick who was very friendly. Amenities were basic. No bottled drinks. Room spacious. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen is adequate. Surrounded with lots of eateries. Supermarket Coles was just nearby. Stroll to tram stops. Convenient to go everywhere. Will stay again.

位置非常便利，周圍有很多食肆，也可在酒店自己煮東西吃~客廳也挺大，可以將兩個大旅游箱打開，放在客廳。我們訂的是一個大床+一個小床，有兩間臥室，分別有兩個洗手間，但沖涼🚿只能在大房的洗手間沖。可以延遲1小時退房，並將行李寄存在酒店。不錯的選擇。
[備註: 晚上沒見前台有人，所以入住最好在白日。]
