The location and the Receptionist are very good. The hotel itself is a little bit old. They only clean up the room by request. The room has no window or balcony. Everyday we see Some people put their uber eats garbage in front of the doors.

I enjoyed the clean spacious room and sauna facility. Kitchen was clean, well located and I would stay again but I found mold growing inside the refrigerator, which was very unpleasant and unhygienic.

The room is spacious and cozy. The whole experience is great without any bad feelings.

The location is fantastic! It's right opposite the Shrine of Remembrance and a park. There's a supermarket and a tram stop right outside, and you can take a free tram into Melbourne city center. The room's facilities are pretty basic, and there's no room cleaning on weekends.

Requested for a toothbrush but I didn't get any and the room was not quite in good condition

Spacious room, friendly staff. But the facilities are quite old, such as washing machines and lifts.

We would definitely come back; the apartment itself was larger than expected and we really liked it. More cutlery would have been nice. The fact that there was a small swimming pool was also a great bonus. And we were able to park our car in the hotel's basement. The location is perfect for families because you can quickly get to the city center, yet it's still quiet and beautiful.

This is an apartment-style hotel with spacious rooms, fully equipped with appliances, including a washing machine. The hotel has a swimming pool and gym, open until 10 PM. Opposite the hotel is a war memorial, and straight ahead from the entrance is the Royal Botanic Gardens, which is free and large, with blue skies, white clouds, green grass, and flocks of ducks and birds—perfect for a pleasant afternoon stroll and sunbathing on a winter's day. There's a large local supermarket next to the apartment; if you want a quick meal, you can buy pre-made meals and microwave them at the apartment. On the street behind the apartment, there are Asian restaurants, Korean BBQ, and Vietnamese pho shops. Their opening hours change daily.

This hotel has a great location, super large rooms, and microwaves, which are very convenient. You can see the Melbourne Royal Botanic Gardens from the balcony, and the scenery and air are excellent. It is close to famous attractions such as the University of Melbourne, the Victorian Art Museum, and Flinders Road Railway Station, which can be reached in more than ten minutes on foot. There are Chinese waiters at the front desk who give clear instructions.
