Comfortable hotel with boutique vibes that felt like a movie production. Check in staff were nice and friendly, unfortunately, can’t say the same about the bartender on my last evening as she wasn’t so friendly and welcoming. Maybe she had a long day.. location was also great. Would stay again.

last minute booking as we missed the flight, very clean and spacious, well sound proof, and the staff are so helpful and nice, about 3 minutes walk from Southern Cross Station. Highly recommended

Very clean, and very comfy. The bed was just right, always a good sign as I slept in. Central to where I needed to be, staff were very hospitable.

Great location and easy to get to chinatown and exhibition. room is comfortable but the working desk can do with more power plugs for laptop and handphone charging.

Excellent location and efficient services. It is nearby many attractions and the transportation hubs and train lines. The room is big and amenities are well setted and good enough for decent stay. The staff are all very helpful. We left to Brisbane and back to continue to stay and staff are very helpful in storing our luggage which made our stay sound and smooth

It’s definitely one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Everyone is nice, food is great, and when I came into the room I was immediately impressed by the view. Location is good too FYI. If I ever come back or recommend a place to my friend to stay in Melbourne, this is the first choice

I booked a hotel 2-8th Nov. 2023 , 6 nights. Reception asked for deposit 50aud per night by charging my credit card. They said money will return to my card 7 days after i check out but until now i don't have my deposit 300 Aud back yet. I also contacted them by email but no any response. It's kind of tricky of their deposit process. They are unprofessional hotel. Be careful.

They are very kind to let u early check in at 10am, it is very helpful after a 9.5hrs night flight, definitely good to have a lap before go for sightseeing. Thank you very much!

The hotel had a very modern vibe to it. Everything looks brand new which implies that the hotel is very well maintained. My room was great with a huge window overlooking the road. And while I was only on the 4th floor, my room had this very cosey insulated feel with the muffled sounds of the traffic outside. While the amenities were basic, the very adequate for my needs. The buffet breakfast was great in my opinion. Nothing too opulent but it served my needs with your typical sausages, eggs and bacon. They had fried spring rolls which were really tasty. I loved the gym. The equipment all had wood finish in them including the free weights and the running machine. It gives the feeling like everything in there was prepared with sustainability in mind. As for the location, its a quick 10 minute walk to the Crown Casino. But if gambling is not your thing, walk 15 minutes and you'll be at Melbourne Central where all the shopping and eateries are. If I'm heading back to Melbourne, I will stay in this hotel again.
