Very nice location. Close to tram and other spots.

Centrally located, clean room, excellent staff and service. Also, great Coffee (free).

Convenient location, walking distance from southern cross station n near to all shopping places n restaurants. Stayed in jul so the room was too cold for winter - aircon didn’t seem to have reversed cycle for heat. Otherwise ok for 1 night. The free coffee from the machine at lobby was a great bonus - thks for that!

Don’t come… poor cleaning and rude front desk

Only stayed for a night but had everything we needed and a very central location.

Always staying in this hotel every time I go to Melbourne, just because it is closer to Southern Cross Station. Cafes and restaurants are just 5 minutes walking, as well as Coles only 3 minutes walking.

The room was adequate to my needs, bed was comfy. Only complaint is there was no milk in the fridge when I went to make my morning coffee

Definitely not the best hotel I’ve stayed at. It’s a three star hotel but I would say it felt like a one or two star hotel instead. The walls need a paint over and all of them were black from dirt I assume? The rooms and corridors had a weird smell as well. It felt like a hostel rather an a hotel. Can’t believe I paid $350/night for a room at this place. Was liveable but wouldn’t choose this place next time..if all hotels at this price point in Melbourne are like this, then Melbourne hotels really need to up their professionalism and service

The location is good to go anywhere in the city and the big restroom as well~
