The receptionist on the day of my check-in was very friendly and helpful. Although the room was a little compact, it was clean and well-maintained. Special thanks to the housekeeping staff for keeping my room tidy throughout my four-night stay.

I’d say I’m now a frequent guest at this hotel when in town, and that alone says a lot. Credit to the management and staff for consistently maintaining such high standards. The hotel is always impeccably clean, comfortable, and welcoming, making every stay an easy and enjoyable experience. The location is as perfect. Shops, cafes and transport nearby.

Our first stop in Australia and New Zealand was Melbourne, and we chose this Ibis hotel. It was just okay, honestly. We stayed for four nights, and the room was a bit small, but the breakfast was really good. The location, however, was excellent.
