The location of the hotel is good in CDB to Southern Cross Trian Station within 15 mins by free tram and 40 mins to Melbourne Airport by Skybus. The housekeeping service is provided every day but there is no teethbrush, I strongly recommend to bring it before check in.

Friendly staff, great location, just take about 8 mins walk to shopping mall or restaurants. If too lazy to go, you can also take tram (without cost in the free tram zone). Recommended!

Room is fit for 2 people, it look old and small bathroom but location is fine for walk to trams

They were nice to let us check in early. The room was cleaned daily and all amenities were working fine. But there was no tray or small space in the shower area to put the soap bars and shampoo bottles. There is a mini mart just beside the hotel but there are no pride tags for most of the food.

Overall it was a good stay. Comfortable bed and downside is that the bed are not stable/locked down. Not sure those need quite sleep for the weekend due to the club next door. Near trams station.

The hotel was clean, and close to southern cross station. However the music from the club was terribly loud. We stayed on Saturday night and we could not sleep. The receptionist said the hotel was fully booked, only provided us the earplug, but it’s not useful. The music stopped at 0530, we had a terrible night there.

This was a horrible experience in this hotel. We stayed in this hotel on Saturday at night. Just like sleeping in a pub with very strong music. We totally couldn't sleep at night until early morning. Called the staff for help and rearrange another room for us. They said couldn't and the noise produced by the bar couldn't be controlled by them. I think this was the worst hotel in which we totally couldn't sleep well at night. So sad!

Horrifically loud on Fridays ans Saturdays because of the big nightclub which was unbearable to listen to from 9pm to 5am and the pub celebrating the eurocup till the early hours. Also no real light in the bedroom but nice room, friendly reception and clean

Do not book this place if you want to sleep. There is a club in the hotel that plays drum and bass till 5 am on weekend nights. And other noise on other nights. You will get no sleep, and there is nothing they can do.

Business and family stay. So my partner travels down to Melbpurne here and there for work, so our daughter and I joined him this trip. The location was basically on point. Right in the middle of everywhere we wanted to go. Staff there so friendly and helpful. It's a Decent size room for the price with lugging a pram around. Very minimal noise. Didn't wait long for the elevators. Supplied a lot of outlets for charging and even USB ports for international travellers. Travelling with a young one, I wish the hotel had shared kitchen style facilities. Doesn't have to have many appliances. Maybe just a microwave as I know it's rare for a hotel to supply these as they are a hazard if not looked after properly. The front door isn't accessible for a pram. We need to go through to the side of the building to go through the back entrance, which was half of the time blocked by a vehicle. Otherwise the stay was very pleasant and we would stay here again. Location was superb! Free tram around street just around the corner. Rooms are big and while a bit old, its well maintained and clean. Coffee/tea/milk and mini ref helps with first morning coffee fix. Was on the 6th floor and had good view. Will book this hotel again. Walking distance to many restaurants!

This place was amazing! Room was super quiet, bed was comfy, the bathroom was very good and the shower water pressure was excellent. The TV was great and easy to connect my phone too for entertainment, loved staying here and the reception was super friendly. If I was staying in Aussie longer I would 100% stay here again

The room is not too bad. It's super clean, and the location is right at the centre of everything. The only thing though it's an joining room and there's a door that can be open on the other side. A bit noisy next door but subside at around 10pm. Parking is super crazy and we been ripped off.
