Just fabulous, I like here everything just so easy, completely recommend

Convenient transportation, and there's a bar nearby that's ranked in the top 50 globally.

It's not super convenient, but it's very clean. The balcony isn't very enclosed, so I was a bit hesitant to go out there. I'd probably skip the balcony option next time. The location is excellent, right across the street from the State Library, and very close to RMIT and Chinatown!

Great location and cosy room. The gym is tiny and no weight training items. Water pressure in my room was a bit low possibly cos it' on level 19. In general it was a good stay.

The sink is not working properly, the front desk try to fix the problem, but not successful. Need to change to another room, but it was smaller.

Although the room was small, the location was excellent. At over 700 during Chinese New Year, it was a dream hotel. On the day of check-out, we had an unexpected car issue and couldn't check out by 10 AM. The front desk was very accommodating and granted us a late check-out without hesitation.

The shower water pressure was very low, which was a bit inconvenient. The location is excellent. The room was nice – there was some noise in the early morning, but the bed was very comfortable and I slept very well. I would stay at this hotel again.

The location and environment are great – quiet and convenient. The room was also bigger than I expected.

The hotel manager provided absolutely amazing service. I left some clothes behind at the hotel, which also had a lot of cash in them. When I called, the manager immediately located my items and kept in constant contact with me to verify my details, ensuring everything would be returned safely to me.

Clean and conveniently located. The AC didn't really work very well. The water pressure was less than optimal.

Good location, you can easily walk to many parts of the city. We got upgraded to the balcony room for free (thank you!) but the room was still quite small, so do manage your expectations. There’s a diner right beside the hotel, and it was pretty tasty

Excellent service from the front desk, a lot of delicious restaurants nearby, easy access to all the transport and walkable to melbourne central.

Good location within CBD. Room is ok, not as nice as expected from picture. Cleaner isn’t very attentive, didn’t replace some amenities / replace with clean glasses etc. So overall ok stay albeit a bit more expensive vs other options nearby

I booked this hotel as it was close to my work Christmas party function. The room was very comfortable, clean and I wish I’d been able to spend more time in it! Check in was fast and I would stay here again!
