Great hotel with great staff but I had issues. When I went to check in it wasn't marked as payed, I travel a lot and payment had never been a issue. The room I booked on trip.com that I payed for wasn't the same room as I given (still a nice room tho) and there was no towels in the room I was given. Overall it's a great hotel and I would still go back :)

The service is average. If you have an early morning flight and leave the hotel before 7 a.m. and there is no service staff to help you check out, you can only entrust someone else to check out.

The room is clean, looks recently renovated, modern interior, nice balcony. Good location. Really enjoy the free drinks.

We travelled to Melbourne with our two extra large dogs for Christmas. We loved the hotel - it is located directly opposite a park; and we loved our room - it was roomy with a kitchenette, table for 2 and a couch. Plus the hotel staff were super lovely and helpful. We will look to stay again next time we are in Melbourne.

The location was excellent with trams and trains practically at the front door.
The room was clean and spacious with a large wardrobe with lots of hanging space. A set of draws would have been helpful.

The room was spacious and had a little balcony overlooking the park. Staff were super nice. The bed was very comfortable.
Room had washing machine microwave and fridge also stove and oven. The jazz club below was fantastic as were the staff there. Would recommend this hotel.
