Suitable for those who want to walk around the city People driving from out of town can park in their basement, although it's crowded and difficult to get in. On their last day, they can also request to park until the afternoon. It's quite driver-friendly.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The central location was ideal for exploring the area, and our room was cozy and very comfortable.

Great room and service. a very convenient location . Hotel is located on a quiet street right in the middle of the central business district. Numerous cafes and restaurants are a short walk from the hotel. Also, most of Melbourne landmarks can also be reached on foot. I stayed there for three nights and I wish I stayed longer. Bed is super comfortable and I had a pleasant sleep. Once I was late for breakfast and I was still offered a cereal with espresso! Also, on more then one occasion the hotel staff was outmost pleasant and helpful.

The stay was excellent and the front desk was absolutely friendly! Check in and check out were hassle free. The location is great with easy access to Chinatown and shopping centres. We will come back again!

Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay! The room was very spacious, the bathtub filled quickly and the water temperature was just right, making for a very comfortable bath. The location in the city center is very convenient for transportation and daily life, making for a very relaxing stay. The only minor drawback was a portrait of a person wearing glasses in the room, which was a bit unsettling; otherwise, everything was great.

The hotel features a kitchen and spacious interiors, including a living room, a separate bedroom, a bathtub, and a separate tub. The room is very roomy and ideal for medium to long-term travelers. It's also close to Chinatown and Melbourne's city center. Highly recommended!

We stayed in a very spacious room with a small kitchen for three adults, and we were able to stay comfortably. However, there was some accumulated dirt around the shower and toilet, which made me think that the room was not used very often, which was a bit disappointing.

The location is decent, within walking distance of Spencer Street and shopping centers like Myer; there is no regular housekeeping service, and the front desk staff is understaffed; cooking is allowed in the room, and the room is generally clean.

I stayed in an executive studio with my friends during this holiday and was very satisfied overall. Although the plan does not include daily cleaning, you can still notify the front desk to send someone to collect garbage and change towels when necessary. Free internet access is available in the room. The space is spacious and the kitchen equipment is unexpectedly complete (cutlery, cups, pots and pans, microwave, toaster, dishwashing liquid, can opener, peeler), and there is a washing machine in the bathroom. Good location, 10 minutes walk from the shopping district, close to buses and convenience stores. Because I live on the second floor this time, I can occasionally hear noises from the alley outside the window, but it’s not too bothersome. Please note that 100 Australian dollars will be deducted upon check-in, and the refund will be made after check-out if there are no additional purchases or room damage. It is recommended to skip the hotel breakfast, there are not many varieties and the price is not cost-effective. It is better to spend the same money to eat brunch nearby~ ^_^

Stayed here for the second time. The location is good. There is a temporary parking space at the door, which is convenient for access. I was tired from the journey that day, so I checked in early. Good review. But don't check out later than 10:30, otherwise you will be charged 50 dollars more for one hour. There is also free purified water and sparkling water at the front desk, which is very considerate.
