Beautiful environment, perfect for a one-bedroom, one-living room, one-bathroom setup. Free laundry is a huge plus! It would be even better if there was no deposit, as getting it back can be a hassle.

Getting in and out of the hotel is very flexible. While the front desk isn't 24/7, there's a security guard available to assist. If you're checking in late, you can inform the hotel in advance, and they'll leave your key and access card in a safe in the lobby. The security guard will then open the lobby door to let you retrieve them. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the city center and Victoria Market. The only downside is that the bathroom only has a fixed showerhead, not a detachable one.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to go anywhere. The room was decent and quite spacious. However, instead of proper duvets, there was only a dark, grubby blanket that looked absolutely filthy. What's more, there was no room cleaning service. For all 5 days of my stay, I had to clean the room and take out the trash myself daily.

Compact apartment but served its purpose. We were missing some crockery but reception assisted with this and also gave us some blankets up on request. The 2 single beds are on casters but no brakes. The main room had a great views of the city. Jack & Jill bathroom worked fine. We were not advised of the roadworks outside the property prior to booking. The night works ( 1800-0230) were noisy despite being on the 21st floor. The parking was good once we worked out where to go as the main entry was closed upon our arrival as the road was closed. What makes it difficult if driving, is to find somewhere to park prior to checking in to the apartments to collect the keys and garage keys as the other roads are busy. That’s not the apartments fault but frustrating for the customers and staff. Once the roadworks are completed I’m sure it’ll be a lot easier.

It’s a service apartment where you can do simple cooking like breakfast but no house keeping unless you staying up to 7 days. Aldi supermarket just right next door. Convenient to get around, tram station just right in front. Just the road construction going on so in the middle of night and morning are noisy.
