I’ve stayed regularly over the years & this place has good sized studio units & apartments, but the beds & pillows could improve drastically & the towels could do with a change as some of them are grey & thin. The pillows are super thin & the beds cave in the middle & are quite firm & hard, feels like we’re sleeping on the floor at times. Some units also have an annoying humming sound coming externally, that’s not from any appliance or aircon in the apartment & these units are difficult to sleep in. The plates & crokery could also do with an update. Overall, if you’re getting a place here under $100, it’s absolutely worth it. I would not book if it was more than $100 for a studio unit.

The location was perfect. The hotel room was bit dirty and the dishwasher didn’t work.The pool and sauna was amazing. Overall, it had nice view and convenient to go any places.

The stay was vey enjoyable. Every thing was good except for one small thing: the toilet flush pump was kinda faulty and got stuck. I think the management can easily repair it. Will it prevent me from coming back again on the future? - No. Will be back next time when in Melbourne.

An absolute 5 star experience! The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The room itself was fantastic,clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I had a wonderful time here and will definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Melbourne. Highly recommended!

The location is excellent, I just returned my Hertz Thrity car downstairs after return my buffing billing. The room is so clean and spacious. In CBD sooooo many choices to eat. Also we join local tour in nearby stop. Just one thing which I aware in the comment is still the staff atttude….. one in the morning is really unhelpful to answer guests not only me but all. But the afternoon duty is much much better and help me to find even some hangers and put in the room the next day.

The value of a prime location, the price of an outer-lying area! I would still choose Milan Hotel next time. Aldi supermarket is right next door, so we enjoyed beef and lamb steaks, and red and white wine every day. It's close to transport and attractions, with even the furthest places only a 30-minute walk away. If you don't want to walk, city buses are free and transfers are very convenient.
