We had an early check in (which was unheard off without a cost these days) though our intention was to check if carpark/care off luggages were available. The room was a good size with TV in every room. The living space was huge and there were complimentary drinks and snacks in the room and at the lobby. It was a plesant expereince with amenities at bay - banks, restaurants, cafes, malls.

Fantastic experience for me & teenager kids. We loved being so close to the Princess Theatre & great cafes & food & city centre. The staff were so welcoming and even changed the bar fridge when I said I’m not drinking alcohol so they changed it to suit us! Lollies & chomps in the lobby we’re a favourite and the towels & beds made each day. Staff outlined a map for suggestions & we felt so welcomed with a Jenga game & smiles! Definitely coming back. Home away from home in Melbourne.

The hotel provides free unlimited water and milk, which is very rare. Most of the hotels we stayed in Australia did not have water. The service is also good, with staff 24 hours a day. The only inconvenience is that the parking spot is a bit far away.

I had the most amazing experience at Laneways by Ovolo. From the moment we arrived, the staff were beyond kind, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. The girls at the front desk were especially wonderful, they were so supportive of my friend who ran the Melbourne Marathon and went out of their way to make her feel extra special. That personal touch honestly meant so much! The room was spotless, beautifully styled, and surprisingly spacious, everything felt fresh, comfortable, and so well thought out. It was the perfect place to unwind and recharge. The location was unbeatable right in the heart of Melbourne, surrounded by amazing food spots, cafés, and bars, and super easy to get anywhere on foot or by tram. Everything about our stay was five-star: the service, the space, and the warmth of the team. I couldn’t recommend Laneways by Ovolo more highly and can’t wait to stay again!

Great Service in a Central Spot Laneways by Ovolo was a comfortable and well-located place to stay in Melbourne, close to plenty of food and shopping options. Lyla at the front desk was especially conscientious and helpful, making sure everything went smoothly during our stay. It’s a good pick if you want friendly service and an easy base for exploring the city.

Best CBD stat you could ask for Lovely room, nice staff and awesome location! We had a really nice stay for three nights, and I would recommend everyone going here. Love the happy hour thingy and room decor - and of course very pleasant staff. Would be a huge plus if you could somehow properly ventilate the room,.

Amazing Hotel. We had a great stay , this place is amazing, close to anything and everything, staff were so helpful and amazingly friendly. Hotel is so neat and tired can not fault anything. Will most definitely be booking back there.10/10 Laneways of Ovolo 😀
