A very friendly atmosphere, staff amazing and the hotel was in a very convenient location. The rooms were very spacious with lovely large windows and natural light. Public transport was close by, a carpark accessible from the hotel and the most amazing restaurant next door, and cafe around the corner. We will definitely be making this our go to hotel when visiting Melbourne CBD. Thank you for a very economical and comfortable stay.

It was very nice and clean, super flexible with checking in time for my partner who flew from state and quiet. I would recommend it and rebook again for future trips.

Was actually really happy with our stay, the bed was very comfy which was a surprise for a hotel. Had Netflix on the TV and a nice balcony on 3rd floor. Thought the room was very nice for the price we paid. Reception people were helpful and polite. Will definitely stay there again in the future

The room was clean and tidy, and also spacious. The bed was generously sized, though the mattress was a little soft. The location was a bit out of the way, but it's close to Xingxin Lake Park and not far from Kolda Beach. Overall, it offers good value for money.

There is an outdoor swimming pool on the top of the building, and there are gyms and hot springs, especially the large park in front of the window, which is full of green. It ’s so nice to exercise around the lake & # 128077 ;, ignore the road in front of the door, it is a relaxing place

The hotel has an excellent location, right in the heart of Melbourne's CBD, with a bustling commercial district right outside. Various light rail lines (Melbourne doesn't have a metro, it's all trams) pass by. The hotel is clean, the front desk service is acceptable, and the breakfast is decent. The only downside is that it's not a great option for several consecutive nights without changing hotels. The hotel is new, so the facilities are quite modern. The biggest problem is that hotel prices in Melbourne fluctuate daily, and the differences are huge; for example, weekend prices can be more than double Monday prices.

Had a great staycation at this new hotel. Comfortable and spacious room at the heart of the Melbourne CBD, easy access with Melbourne’s free tram zone. $1 breakfast promotion makes the price of room a little more reasonable. Selection of cooked breakfast from a set menu is interesting. Would like to come back again sometime hopefully with more shops opened in the Melbourne Walk.

Very convenient location near Chinatown, shopping belt, restaurants and downtown Elizabeth Street. Free tramps rides around melbourne CBD. Rooms & toilets are clean, beds are comfortable. Staff & reception services are courteous and helpful.

Before arriving in Melbourne, the hotel called to inform me that the air conditioner was broken and it would take a few days to repair it, and asked if I needed to check out. I always choose this hotel every time I go to Melbourne. It has been more than 10 years. Although the hotel facilities and environment are relatively old, it is in the city center, very convenient to get in and out, and there are trams, restaurants and shopping nearby. In the end, I chose to stay. In Melbourne's summer, the temperature difference between morning and evening is quite large. It is very hot during the day but still very comfortable at night. The hotel is quite considerate and equipped with fans. The only inconvenient thing is cleaning. You need to tell the front desk before 10 o'clock every morning, and they will arrange it. After 10 o'clock, you have to wait until the next day to clean. I will choose this hotel next time I go to Melbourne.
