Ibis budget Properties in Melbourne

Initially the’ve given me the worst room on my first day. It has really a bad smell which is coming from the carpet I think. With very bad vibes, dark, and its hard to breathe like literally. I’m not sure why they are still giving this room to their guesses I’m sure they can also feel it. I’ve complained and thankfully they let me transfer to the other room thanks for the receptionist

Room was dirty and smaller than expected, with a lot of dust (on floor, bed’s corners, table) triggering my allergies. The clock on the table was not working. Although they forgot to provide new towels during cleaning, a late-night call got them to bring towels within 5 minutes. The only positive is the lower price compared to other hotels in the location.

More affordable than other airport hotels. While it's a bit older, it's clean and tidy. It's a 10-minute walk from the airport. On the way to the hotel, you'll find a McDonald's and a convenience store. Directions to the hotel: From inside Terminal 1, face the exit and turn left. You'll see an Uber sign. Continue walking straight along the wall until you reach a pedestrian walkway. Follow this walkway to the right, cross the intersection, and then, just before you reach McDonald's, turn left onto another pathway. Keep following this path until the very end.

Many thanks for your assistance. The room clean and sufficient for my needs for a quick overnight stay. Yes, the only drawback is the access to and from the facility, but this can be overcome with a little patience. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Once again, many thanks .
