This is a great hotel with nice clean rooms and comfy bed. Lovely big TV in the room with accessible HDMI port for bringing your own device. I know you don’t book into a hotel to lie and watch TV but it’s nice to catch up on things after a long day out. Location is excellent as no more than 10 min walk to downtown Beale St, and 20 mins to Sun Studios, where the magic began. Reception being renovated while we were there so not quite as functional as it should be but staff were terrific and incredibly polite. Rocky the concierge/manager was a bundle of fun and provided some great info on what to do in this great city 👍

Nice, clean hotel in convenient location
Clean room and friendly staff. The only gripe I have is a small one and it has nothing to do with customer service because that aspect was excellent. I just do not like these sliding barn doors for the bathroom that so many hotels are going to. But the hotel itself is great. We saw a show at FedEx Forum and I always try to get hotels within walking distance and this location was perfect.

Absolutely outstanding hotel service and location. At all times I felt safe and secure. I highly recommend this place and they’re in the middle of renovations which can only make it even more superb than it already is

The property was clean, pleasant and easy to get to a parking garage was next door to the hotel and we were in walking distance to Beil Street and the Forum for a concert

Overall....our stay was great! We would have loved to see more breakfast options..a laundry option, and possibly microwaves in the room, just to enhance convenience.
