Place was clean but only one way in and out of the hotel. Parking included. It was gated but not closed for protection of vehicles. The night person was rude and was not real helpful. The morning lady was really nice and very personable

Cheap & nasty. Room carpet was so filthy the soles of my bare feet turned black. Mould on bathroom ceiling and around shower. The hairdryer cable was so filthy I didn’t dare pick it up. Stains down the side of the bed. Broken chair.
The breakfast was laughable. It was fruit loops. That’s it. Coffee/juice machines broken. Empty fridge, bare countertops. I don’t know how they can advertise free breakfast!
This hotel is being run into the ground - they’re almost there.
The staff were lovely.
The mattress was comfortable

Awful accommodation
Awful accommodation. Entire place stunk of smoke. Room didn't have towels or TV remote. Toilet didn’t flush. Shower was dirty. Carpet was sticky. Breakfast was virtually non-existent. People shouting in the halls and banging on doors all night long made sleep impossible. Just thankful my car was still there in the morning so I could get far away.

This property was very dirty. You could smell cigarette smoke in hall and room. It was filthy. Desk clerk was very sweet and helpful. Outside grass was very overgrown..we didnt stay. We immediately checked out and went to a different hotel.

It was bugs here & there & the breakfast they didn’t have everything they supposed to … plenty nets no towels or anything … key kept going out & we did a week stay ! only thing a1 is the AIR !

Dirty room. One bed had a sheet with what looked like blood on it, not like a stain but like..... blood on it. The shower was disgusting with filth and most likely moldat bottom corners. No towels, soap, or cups in room. Asked about pool and was told " it's broke". the "breakfast was frosted flakes and apples. And no coffee to be had. One thing y'all got right.... the elevator worked. Woohoo! I'll definitely be happy to pay a higher price and stay ANYWHERE other than quality inn...especially THIS one

If I could’ve slept in the middle of the highway, I probably would’ve had a better night. The location is unsafe. The girl at the desk was more concerned with karaoke singing than doing her job. The ENTIRE hotel reeked of ****. Our sheets and pillows had stains. The toilet seat was cracked in multiple places so we had to hover, rather than sit. The drawers were stuck open. The shower did not work. When I told her about this, she gave me a key to another room. This room the AC unit was broken. I asked for towels as neither room had them. Party of 4. She handed us 1 towel and 2 hand rags. Told me she handed out all the other towels to the other guests. The towel had stains so I told her we weren’t going to use it and she started to argue with me that it was “clean.” All night people were partying and smoking. Breakfast the next day was a jar of Frosted Flakes and a jug of milk. The coffee machine was Out of Order.

… and then you need to HOOOOLD the reservation.
Have you ever seen the Seinfeld episode where he has to explain to the car rental place how reservations work?
This place doesn’t understand how reservations work.
We arrived around midnight after a 10hr drive to be told that we don’t have a room. She SEES the reservation, she tells me, you know, to ease my mind. But there’s just no room. We had already been waiting in the lobby ten minutes trying to figure out where the staff was.
Turns out, as she explained helpfully, she was checking the empty dirty rooms to see if one was passable. They were not. But … she did invite me kindly to come see it for myself and maybe I wouldn’t mind it. I can’t make this ish up you guys.
Once I convinced her to call another quality inn, she let us know they aren’t answering the phone so we need to go somewhere else.
Wish I could give you a review of the comfort of the room, but it just wasn’t in the cards you guys.
