The location is great and convenient to all the downtown happenings. The hotel staff were rude, unhelpful and to top it all off the air conditioning was out our entire stay. I asked to be moved to a different room to which the answer was no. Asked do they have fans for situations like this they said no. PLUS they charge my card twice for the room

The hotel is located on the Mississippi River in downtown Memphis. You can walk a few steps from the door to the bridge to the island, and it takes only ten minutes to walk to Beale Street. The Sheraton building is quite conspicuous and can be seen from a distance, so you don't have to worry about getting lost when you go out. The room is clean and tidy, and you can enjoy the river view and the pyramids by the large glass window.

Hotel in need of a refresh. Room wasn’t very clean. First room they assigned us smelled like cigarettes. Made us change rooms in middle of stay. Faucet leaky. Very mediocre hotel.

Great stay except there was a TERRIBLE noise behind the wall where our bed was located. About 3 am it sounded like someone was turning on and off a shower or hairdryer

Great location, easy to get to the convention center and other places. It was nice to walk around the area. Denver is a robust place on the weekends in the evening for sure.

The hotel was overbooked. They did not have a king size room. Available told me to check back at 2 o’clock and which I can’t see the difference so we ended up taking a twin bed room. I slept separate from my wife.

Clean pet friendly room, excellent valet service (I forgot to tip- sorry guys) polite and professional staff, and good breakfast option right near the lobby. The bed and pillows were super comfy. Thanks to all!
