Nice hotel environment l. The space of room is the note big. The breakfast need to be improved, no many selections.

We visited for business meeting. The hotel was clean and location was good.

The hotel room did feel neglected being that they were working on the plumbing and it was literal P and manure coming out of the sink and the shower from 2 PM to 11 PM . I booked a stay for two days three nights and I couldn’t shower for the two days I was staying there. Very inconvenient and I didn’t get any accommodations.

Three reasons for my rating not being excellent: (1) Having to pay $7.00 per night to park in the lot of the hotel. There was no alternative offered and I drove around the lot to see if there was a free location and found nothing (2) My room was not cleaned after my first night's stay. I left the hotel at 8:30am and returned at 6pm (3) The carpet in my room was a bit worn. Your staff members were cordial and helpful, the property was immaculate. I would definitely stay there on a return trip to Memphis.

Seating for the breakfast area was terrible! Staff was friendly and the room was average. But for the price in a safer part of town...it was fine.

Air conditioning did not work in one room. Maintenance had left shop vac and other equipment in the room. They changed room but it wasn’t much better. The beds were comfortable but the room smelled musty. Front desk were not hospitable but it was only one night. Can not say I would stay there again.
