Canopy by Hilton Memphis Downtown Beale Street

It was an amazing stay and beautiful room! We walked the ***** at night to Beale street and felt safe

Had an excellent experience with clean facilities and valet service, both of which provided outstanding customer support.

Courteous staff, great location and walking distance to everything. Wining and dining. Food and ambience are superb.

It was very quiet and very comfortable and clean. We had actually mistakenly left our computer in the room and been gone for over an hour and a hotel graciously called us and told us that we’ve left our computer there which was super cool!

$42 to park, breakfast not included. Staff friendly, room comfy Esp. for christmas

The hotel room itself was decent and seemingly clean. However, our mini fridge did not work which is a big deal with a baby. I contacted service who said someone would come look and they never did. In addition, the outlets between the beds didn’t work, and the coffee machine didn’t work. Basically $300 a night for a bed.

This was a nice hotel, the staff could be a little friendlier no one looked like they wanted to do their job. Especially at the bar.

Able to get to Beale street and other landmarks by walking. Clean and quiet, even with a high school marching band staying at the same time. Security was good with key entry at the elevator and room. The staff was exceptional and saved the day! They pulled together 4 steamers so we could get wrinkles out of a wedding gown. The parking attendants were fast and super helpful as well. Would highly recommend staying here

We loved the hotel’s eccentric decor and spacious rooms. It was in the middle of downtown Memphis of which the Rendezvous BBQ joint was only a 3 minute walk. The Peabody ducks are directly in front of the Canopy Hotel and we also walked to the Flying Fish for some phenomenal seafood! I’d definitely stay at Canopy again….we absolutely loved it!!!
