Extended Stay America Suites - Memphis - Wolfchase Galleria Reviews

We arrived after dark and the roads are horrible. Big pot holes all over. It’s very dark and we just had to trust our GPS because there were no lights or signs to direct us to the front desk. The woman at the front desk was very nice & efficient. She asked us to let her know if there were any problems with our room and she’d handle it. After reading a few reviews, I was a bit worried but luckily our room was pretty clean. It’s got a fresh look but cabinetry is a bit beat up and carpet could use cleaning. The trash in kitchen cabinet was not emptied either. I think it’s just in need of some maintenance inside and out. Front entrance had mud leading inside. Parking lot just like the road leading up to it. Pot holes and dirty with overgrown plants. Pool deck had rocks on deck. Pool was closed but would be a nicer view from the room if it was tidy. I hate to complain but wanted to share our experience.

This place is dodgy as hell. Half a dozen cars broken into in the parking lot. Lots of loud noise and disruptive behaviour by clients. The wifi doesn’t work. , Rooms and public spaces are dirty and just awful. How awful? We’re talking poop in the hallway. Check the photos. This place is risky and you’re taking risks to stay here. Poop in the hallway, people. Jesus.

They was respectful to me and my family. The room was clean. It had everything that I needed for the time being. It’s nice, quiet and comfortable.I would love to come back to this hotel. And they food is amazing

Stayed 1 night w wife, 2 kids and small dog. Walked in door and found a big roach on the floor. Asked and got a roll away bed but it was really sketchy w blood stains. Had to wait 12 minutes for employee to come to the front desk. Grab and go breakfast included a horrible mufflin, crappy bar and room temperature bottle water. Terrible stay. Not worth $155.18

Great customer service. The manager Irís is awesome, friendly and with knowledge. Always taking care of tenants. Great services. My fifth experience in Extended Stay America Suites. And love it!!! Great!!!

Found empty meds and a sex toy in bedside table. Manageress confiscated it and blamed us for checking in before 4pm (despite charging an extra $5.) No chest of drawers in room - extended stay? No closet - just a short open rail for hanging clothes. I have a further 4 days here and will report back.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!I have been staying here since April. I’m in town for work and only staying here because this is where the company put us. This hotel is terrible. There are roaches in the rooms. And vehicles get windows smashed out almost every night. There are no cameras anywhere or security. They do not clean the rooms regularly. I would not recommend this place to anyone

Excellent customer service and the staff will assist you with anything you need. The staff and management are very friendly and will make anyone want to come back. Also the prices are not bad and the rooms are immaculate.

Everything was great. The room , bathroom , everything was top tier ✨ . The service was amazing & we never wanted for a thing. Extended Stay near wolf chase is the place to go. Thanks Extended Stay for making my visit great.

Front Desk associate Alexis was extremely helpful, pleasant and had a great attitude. My room was okay...although there was hair that was not mine on the sink and it took a while for the water to get hot in the sink.

Alexis was the most friendly and accommodating hostess. She really made us feel welcomed and valued. Would recommend just to see her. We had an issue with the first room we were given and Alexis went above and beyond to rectify the issue.

After a 15 hour drive from Minnesota in rain, ice and snow it is was so nice to be greeted with a smile from Alexis. Very friendly and quick check in. The rooms are always clean and fresh. Thank you Alexis so much.

This restaurant could not have been any more accommodating and clean. When I first arrived I was greeted by the hotel worker named Chris and it was one more I can’t remember his name. They surpassed past my expectations completely during my stay I was absolutely impressed. When I had one issue the staff worked to ensure it was promptly fixed. The hotel manager and her staff were great and professional. I’ll definitely recommend them to anyone.

The stay was nice. Chris was such a great help. The front desk and house keeps was nice and very helpful too. This is a nice hotel and wonderful environment. My family felt very safe here. Awesome staff
