Bom hotel, mas as fotos não são exatamente como a realidade. Very attentive and friendly receptionists, especially Garima who helped us a lot with the check-in.

First they have given a smoking room, which was suffocating, later got the room changed and the shower was not working. They said the first floor rooms AC was not working.

Good, polite and very helpful hotel staff. Receptionist Miss Divya is very kind and helpful. Rooms could have been little more clean. Good mattress. Prime location. Restaurant is great and food quality is very good. Looking forward to visit Ginger again.

First day.. no wifi.. Second day.. no hot water and non smoking room filled with terrible smell of smoke.. Third day.. bathroom clogged.. Fourth day.. again no hot water.. After a full day of work, u come to a place which is more of a nuisance.. Call them n they will send someone after 2 hrs.. I'm stuck here because I paid for 6 nights in advance.. a decision I regret every moment of my stay here.. No view to talk of.. restaurant is literally like they somehow cramped few tables and chairs there.. Not much variety in breakfast.. Service is okay.. food is mediocre.. not worth the price you pay at all.. Expected better from a supposed 3 star hotel.. will never return or recommend to anyone. Ira by Orchid is way better in much lesser price..

The rooms were quite large , and the cleanliness was maintained well. The Reception lady - Samiksha Mam was quite helpful and kind and polite too . Bathroom was hygienic, and all the amenities were provided well enough. Thank you Ginger for the Wonderful stay .

I am staying at place for more than 8 days and I glide to share my personal experience. The hospitality is excellent including food and bedding. Everyday, i ate different varieties of dishes in breakfast and dinner. The vegan restaurant design for joy with family. Mr. Rohit give great service to surve the guest.

Staff was good,amity Samiksha and minhaj was so cooperative with the guest the hotel is alsi located near to the railway station.. the room is also neat and clean the staff is also co operative with the guest thanks to team ginger will come again to stay in ginger

Minhaj and Garima helped me throughout the checkin process and got me the room as soon as possible. Very professional and great service by them. They made sure to meet all my requests at their level best and helped me throughout the stay. Great customer support, will visit again and recommend it to others.
