For a 4-star hotel, it leaves a lot to be desired. Upon arrival they did not have our reservation, and although they said it was a Trip problem, they did nothing to solve it. We never had wifi in the room, we notified and they did not solve it either. The fridge in the room was unplugged... they never told us so we had to ask for room service with the extra cost that implies. The remote control of the TV was malfunctioning....they didn't solve the problem either....well...situations that you don't expect in a category hotel.-
