For a 4-star hotel, it leaves a lot to be desired. Upon arrival they did not have our reservation, and although they said it was a Trip problem, they did nothing to solve it. We never had wifi in the room, we notified and they did not solve it either. The fridge in the room was unplugged... they never told us so we had to ask for room service with the extra cost that implies. The remote control of the TV was malfunctioning....they didn't solve the problem either....well...situations that you don't expect in a category hotel.-

Tinhamos uma reserva para 4 pessoas. Uma delas foi submetida a um procedimento cirurgico de urgencia no coração no dia do chekin e não pudemos viajar. Pedimos que o hotel reembolsasse o valor ou pelo menos deixasse em credito e depois de 60 dias veio a resposta que não iriam fazer nenhum dos dois. O valor de R$ 7548 foi cobrado integralmente.

5* very nice hotel, excellent location. Friendly, helpful staff. They upgraded my room to a suite with no extra charge. On the 15th floor the view was amazing. Breakfast was lovely. Usually I eat only fruits. They had a selection of 4-5 different fruits every day. 🤩

Very cheap and give all best facilities very tasty food and have good location.it is near city,taste of food is very yummy , it gave good service and staff do alot of co operation and they provided everything in room I feel so good in this hotel.

A centrally located hotel with large rooms and bathroom. Very attentive and friendly staff. Good breakfast. Would not recommend for dinner as we were the only ones so it is probably that everything we ordered was thawed immediately prior to cooking it. Breakfast is very good.

The location can't be beat. Right next to a park and a 5 minute walk to restaurants. This hotel does NOT have a concierge even though it is advertised on their website. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was nice. View from the pool is great. Would be nice if they put some umbrellas or brought some shaded spots to their rooftop.

Probably one of the best hotels in Mendoza, great service in general, wifi working well anywhere, fantastic breakfast, good beds and bathrooms just in front of a park, super well located and the restaurant is also very good for dinners and has a tobaco and wine store

Pros: Central location in front of a small park just two blocks to Independent Square convenient for tour pick up. A bigger park and restaurants are all within walking distant. Unit is spacious with a separate sitting room and bedroom. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful, don't hesitate to ask. Cons: Don't let the name fool you, hotel has no American breakfast and certainly not executive. No hot water kettle, coffee machine and even cups in the room. Bathroom is old and basic that need an urgent up grade. Temperature control is not efficient enough to keep the unit cosy and comfortable, it was rather cold in the morning. Restaurant breakfast, food and beverages quality is 3* hotel level or less so keep your expectation low.
