Os profissionais muito atenciosos, sempre prontos a ajudar. Café da manhã bom, contém o básico, falta mais variedade (bolos, pães etc). As instalações são em parte modernas e em parte antigas. Os elevadores deixam a desejar. Chuveiro na banheira é perigoso. A localização é excelente pode-se fazer tudo a pé. Existem comodidades anexo ao hotel
Custo benefício excelente.

As others here have noted, there is no way this could be a 4 star hotel. If anything maybe not even 3 stars. The rooms and facility are very worn, and may things in poor repair. Our toilet wasn’t even properly secured to the floor in the bathroom, which probably contributed to the bad smells in the room. This hotel is obviously a primary destination for large, low-budget groups. The breakfast buffet is probably one of the worst we’ve had in our travels (cheap quality in every aspect) and it’s like a feeding frenzy in there with the huge groups. The positives are great location, and a staff who try really hard. Not a place I’d ever want to stay at again.

An awful experience, would not return. Young man at front desk was arrogant and confrontational, utterly shocking. We would have checked out but our fee was apparently not refundable. Rest of experience was substandard. How this hotel rated at 4-stars I'll never know. Funky old carpets smelled stale. Sewage smell from vents in bathroom. Room lock scanned was problematic even for housekeeping staff. Free breakfast was anemic and went elsewhare. Elevators seemed dodgy, used stairs. Appears little reinvestment in this property, renovation work sorely needed.

The staff are welcoming, helpful and friendly. One of the best attributes of this hotel is the location, near downtown and the Aristides area filled with nice bars and restaurants. The hotel offers a nice breakfast. However, this hotel looks quite outdated. The rooms are old: windows do not open, bathrooms are old, etc. The elevator doors get stuck (do not open) on the first floor. The first time, I got stuck and thought I had to hit the alarm button until I pushed the button for another floor and was able to get off the elevator. I informed staff about it; however, after 48 hours, the problem continued. Again, the location is the best attribute of this hotel.

The hotel description says they have elegant rooms and a discreet light decor. Hahahaha The room we had was dirty, with many stains throughout, a wobbly toilet, a flooding shower and rattling windows. There is A/C, however the noise that it generates isn’t conducive for sleeping. There were exactly ZERO decorations in our room. Not one single amenity or elegant aspect exists. The fitness center is a converted room just next to the very shabby breakfast dining area. The food quality is mediocre, and the fresh fruit salad made me sick. The location is nice, and the pool area looks decent. The WiFi did work well so that was something. The elevators did not always land even with the floor so you need to be careful with this. This is clearly a tour group hotel that has undergone some low-level renovations in some areas, and it is definitely not a four star property.

The hotel is really well located and has a good atmosphere. But It definitely needs refurbishment. Staff are nice and no-nonsense; but, again, the place has old furniture. In order to charge my phone, aí has to unplug the bedside light in order to do so; cleaning was good, but there was no way of getting them not to change the towels and bedclothes daily; internet (Wi-Fi) was good. But there was no guide to the TV channels. Breakfast was medium/good. But the hotel Was expensive.

The hotel has large rooms. We are a family of 4 and it was perfect for us. The breakfast was good. But the bathroom needs a makeover, is old and outdated.

Decent hotel. Internet was bad! Would have stayed 2 weeks if it wasn’t for the slow internet. Breakfast and hotel room are good!
