Finally, it is clearly stated at the elevator entrance that smoking is not allowed on the 3rd to 6th floors. Some unconscious residents still smoke in the room. The room that started to give a heavy smell of smoke, the customer service changed another one, but After checking in, I found that the security lock was broken. I am sorry to change another one. 環境很好，房間非常寬敞，適合商務辦公，主要是價格也實惠，這個價位的能達到這種標準 相當划算 幾乎每次來蒙自都住這家。前台幾個小姐姐不愧是少數民族的，非常可愛美麗！

房間設施雖不太新，但是還算乾淨整潔。房間隔音效果可以，房間熱水充足，服務熱情，酒店位置好，出行方便。

第一次入住體驗不錯，所以返程再次入住，誰知我是來探雷的嗎？馬桶按扭壞的，窗簾掉了一個角，沐浴花灑亂噴，全屋沒一個衣架，地毯更是臟得到處是污垢，最可氣的是前台一個戴眼鏡的小姑娘，去反映情況時，直接説不願住可以退房原款給我！！！那可是晚上10點半了啊！是我的問題嗎？簡直莫名其妙？？？－分都不想給，生氣、生氣、生氣！！！

第一次入住，從進酒店前台給到自己呢感受就非常不好，同樣自己也是從事酒店前台這一份工作，前台最基礎的禮貌沒有做到位，沒有主動與客人問好，態度也沒有那麼好，後面辦理入住後，也沒有告訴客人房間在幾樓，如果遇到一些老年人，這會給人家增加不好的印象，辦理入住後，聽到前台工作人員接電話，最基本的報酒店名號都沒有，還得等客人詢問是伯頓酒店嗎，同樣自己在夜晚需要服務的時候也出現了這個問題，重點是 夜晚需要諮詢服務的時候 居然打不通酒店前台電話出現關機狀態，還是在訂單上面找到才能撥打出去，這是大酒店裡麪不應該有的。 入住體驗也沒有那麼好，才進去的時候 坐椅子就摔倒了 ，還摔到頭，實在是不安全。在準備休息的時候，房間外面一直嗡嗡的響，一直到1點半都沒有睡着，想着問下怎麼回事，打不通電話，後面打通了，前台説他們看一下，就沒有後麪了， 問有沒有耳塞，説 沒有兩個字就過了，而不是想着給客人解決問題，態度還那麼不好，後面又再次打電話詢問，衹回了一句，這個我們解決不了，是客人開空調，空調外機響，其實我們也觀察過，不是這樣的，希望酒店增強前台服務培訓，從基本的做好，提高服務意識，總之是一次非常失望的入住體驗，嚴重影響到第二天的生活狀態😭😭😭😭

可以免費停車，房間也挺大的。晚上對於睡眠質量一般的人説稍微有點困難，馬桶有水聲，房間外有其他房間空調外機工作的聲音，樓上也時不時的有動靜，雖然動靜都不是特別大，但是一直時不時在響。

在網上看到伯頓酒店環境好，價格也便宜就預訂了。酒店的大堂看起來像模像樣，房間該有的都有，第一眼還可以。晚上入住才知道看東西不能看表面，窗簾是爛的，窗户插銷一拉就斷。最無語的是基本不隔音，朋友在旁邊房間説話和打呼嚕聽得清清楚楚，典型的馬屎皮面光的代表。
