早上上完廁所，衞生間的門打不開。保安來後用夾鉗，起子，折騰好一陣把鎖都弄掉了，門還是打不開。最後弄來鎚子，鋼釺，暴力之下，才總算把門銷敲出來。關了我半個多小時。

這是間七成優點三成缺點的酒店，先説優點吧，前台得服務很不錯，有位小姐姐見到客人過來會馬上站起來的，這個服務意識要贊；床墊偏硬，喜歡睡偏硬床墊的朋友可以睡得踏實，我在這裏住了兩晚，是我旅行這些天睡得最舒服的兩晚；早餐是憑券去酒店附近一間米線店吃一碗過橋米線，很好吃，參照我的圖片。缺點是空調會偶爾自動關機，幸好蒙自夏天晚上也不熱，不然這個缺點會讓很多客人不爽。總而言之，結合優缺點和房間價錢，覺得性價比還是不錯。（配圖是早餐）

可能是我們運氣不好。趕上了酒店管道維修。由其是我們的房間。下午五點才搞定大熱天沒水喝。向前台反映不多送了兩瓶水。我看見酒店不更換部分設施。有些設備是比較舊了。前台服務態度好。服務員也不錯。性價比還是不錯的。

房間屬老舊裝修，傢俱雖他們自認高檔，但本人卻感到壓抑。巨幅貼牆畫面紙更是像鄉村宣傳畫。衞浴已經銹跡斑斑，沒有更換。房價不貴，床墊老舊，與“帝苑”，“政府店”店名對比更覺得是二十多年前的名稱，現在已經無心經營，放任衰敗了。
