It is clean, the service is good, and the location is convenient. However, the room is too old and the breakfast items are too few and too cheap.

Stopped here to break up a road trip. Convenient location next to the freeway. Rooms were quiet, with vehicle sound not an issue. Plenty of parking and a good inclusive selection for breakfast.

Good customer service. No hot water for my shower or from the sink. Took a cold shower (not by choice).Room smelled dusty. No hot breakfast in the morning as advertised. Location felt safe and the heater worked very good.

Hotel was dirty and staff was not friendly. When we first checked into our reservation, they gave us a room that was not even cleaned and had trash all over the place. Then It was so difficult to just get new towels and the breakfast was not great either. They ran out of food and didn’t even make more until we pointed out that there was no food and it was only 9am. Breakfast states it’s served until 10am. The new Room they gave us was still dirty and they gave me a handicap room. Floors had a sticky feeling to the feet and shower stall was not cleaned. Poor management and they’re giving Hampton and bad name as I’ve stayed at other Hampton’s before and had great service.

Our car was broken into and all of our stuff gone, clothes baby bottles everything. Willie at the front desk failed to warn us they have had 6+ break ins just in the month of December but it’s been going on for months. We met many other guests in the lobby while we sorted out this horrifying and unexpected event whom all told us Willie had told told them all about the break ins. I’m am baffled that the staff checking in failed to warn us, that could have changed everything. We had gotten there late (2am) and were going to check out at 5:30am

I’ve seen some bad reviews about this hotel but I just had a great stay. Everything was clean, good wifi, very comfortable bed, and great breakfast. Staff was helpful and friendly and the gym was pretty good.
There were a couple of problems. No ice machine was working, and the shower didn’t drain very well.
Considering what I paid, it was a nice three days.

Staff was kind and helpful. However, the door lock to our hotel room had a loose screw. The hotel needs to be refurbished.
