Reviews of Courtyard Merced

There were a few things that I wish were provided such as a a safe box in the room. The promise was clean, the service was very friendly and accommodating, love the fact that you have a restaurant that stays open till 10 and you can get a cocktail. With that said, they need help learning how to mix drinks, and we had breakfast for four, and our breakfast is came at separate time so I believe this is due to lack of help. The rooms were clean, we love that they were connecting, these are just a few things that we feel could be improved. Our overall stay was wonderful.

Great location close to the fairgrounds. The hotel was good.

Hotel is in good location not so clean and the stuff is not so nice

Overall, I was satisfied. After all, it is a Marriott brand. I saw the most unique sofa bed. It turns out that the size of the sofa bed depends mainly on the size of the sofa. I checked in at 9pm. The hotel elevator broke down. The front desk customer service helped me change the room on the first floor. However, it was still being repaired the next morning. Guests staying on the second and third floors had to take the stairs. I hope they don't have too heavy luggage.

The room is big enough, the service attitude is good, but they don't clean or change the bath towels for two consecutive days
