Their computer system was down….they “hand made” a room key…..we went to our room they gave us….the key worked fine but it was someone else’s room with a suitcase and backpack on the bed!!!! We are lucky we didn’t get shot!!!! The gave us room 213 but we ended up with 223…..very poor

For the money I felt the rooms would have been in. Better condition. Carpets looked like they needed cleaning. Public areas could’ve used some TLC too.

Shower was FREEZING the whole time. Easy check in process. Room was clean but did have a slight odor. Price reflected stay overall.

This location is an older hotel and the weekend prices are outrageous for such an outdated property (over $200 per night)! I was disappointed in the lack of cleanliness in the rooms (all mirrors in the room and bathroom were dirty, hair other than mine in the bathroom). Whenever I called the front desk for assistance, I was asked to come down because they didn’t have the staff to send someone to my room, yet I paid over $200 per night! If this is the best that Princeton has to offer, I won’t be back! Perhaps I should also consider notifying Hilton brand HQ’s that this hotel doesn’t hold up to the name.

The price did not justify the room. Beds were super soft and uncomfortable. The ac was really loud. The place was clean and the service was ok. Breakfast was poor and nothing special.

The property itself is great. The staff was wonderful and everything about my stay was awesome.
However, leaving my truck outside was unsettling. Everything was fine, but the area is kinda sketchy and run down. Seems like a weird place to build such a great hotel.

Check in desk employee was miserable. No smile, no warmth. I will say that check out employee was very nice.
Bathroom tub was not spectacularly clean. Looked like pink mold on one side. However, we did not use tub

Our room did not have hot water on the first day. The shower had mold, and the bathroom ceiling was covered with what looked like dried snot.
Staff was nice and did get hot water fixed but we had to take quick cool/cold showers on first day.

It was a disaster. No hot water. Did not bring us towels. I will never stay in a Hampton again. I complained but they still did nothing.
