We booked this for a quick trip to visit friends for a wedding. The location was great, right off the interstate. Rooms were spacious with tall ceilings. Perfect for a quick overnight.

We spent a couple of nights for a quick family ski trip over the weekend . The front desk check in girl named TABBY was Wonderful!! We had 3 rooms for our family and as soon as we entered the doors she was so friendly and all smiles offering us some water , coloring pages and crayons for the young kids , informing us about all the hotels amenities that were available to us . We could tell she really loved her job and was such a refreshing face to meet us after our long day driving to get there . She acted like a family member welcoming someone home !!

It was ok. The living room sofa was uncomfortable to sit on and the only other chair was a desk chair that was semi falling apart. I didnt trust it enough to sit on. The room was large enough for a chair and ottoman. The tv's were so small for the room sizes.

All the staff were great! Very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was wonderful! Room was very large. We felt like home. They even let us play our music in one of the meeting rooms.

There was no heat in our room, and the outside temperature was in the teens. We didn't realize that the heat was not working untill after we were in bed. We had arrived late, and were checking out early; so we didn't want to change rooms in the middle of the night. And they did not have any portable heaters to help the next morning. Lesson learned: make sure the HVAC works before going to bed.

Clean, spacious, courteous staff, and shower heads that produce decent water pressure. What’s not to like?
