First time skiing- Location, staff, facilities and food were all excellent!! Katie and her team were extremely professional, friendly and helpful throughout the stay!!

Love this hotel - they have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. The staff are so friendly - really make an effort to make your stay special.The room was perfect for our needs as a family - so spacious and spectacular views!

This was our second visit to the hotel this season and we now see this is our second home. Everyone is so welcoming, helpful and polite. The hotel has a relaxed atmosphere which is exactly what you want, but it is certainly well run, all credit to Katie and her staff. The food is varied and plentiful, there being interesting themes every night, well prepared by Babba and his team. The hotel is so well placed within the resort and ski-in/out is a great bonus. There is a handy ski shop next door and the spa area is superb. We have already booked for next year and like Fi can't wait for ABBA night!!

I thought the location was absolutely excellent and the ski hire was really easy. The food in the hotel was lovely as well and because we were all inclusive. We were able to come back at lunchtime. The staff were really helpful and really friendly and the entertainment in the evening was also good overall a really nice experience.

My family and I have just returned from another fantastic week at Hotel Mottaret. The friendly staff that are always on hand to help in anyway, delicious food that has a different theme every night to the ski in ski out picture postcard location. Sunny afternoons on the terrace or warm up In The spa. Hotel Mottaret caters for all my whole family love it from my non skiing parents to the youngest learners. So thank you Katie & team and hope to see you all next season!

Can’t rate this place highly enough. We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Hotel Le Mottaret, there’s a reasons why we’ve been returning for about 8yrs now! The ski-in/ski-out location is unbeatable—stepping straight onto the slopes each morning is so easy. Katie and the staff were genuinely outstanding: friendly, attentive, and always going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is warm and welcoming, with a great balance between lively social spaces and cosy areas to relax after a day on the mountain. Food is consistently excellent, with plenty of variety and the bonus of buffet style so you can go back for as much as you want. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. Spa facilities are available along with a gym if you fancy a day off the slopes. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed!

It was a birthday like no other – you enter and it’s a welcoming warm greeting at the reception as you check-in, resplendent cosy decor around you. The room itself, with a balcony and a breathtaking view of the mountains made it a relaxing escape from everyday life. Notably George the barman was most charming and friendly, providing the perfect drinks to end the day. The breakfast satiated both my own preference for a continental breakfast and my partner’s French palate and what a joy to sit outside in the sun! Situated in the heart of Méribel whilst also in beautiful tranquility, we can’t wait to come back!

If I define the hotel Le Mottaret would be limiting it! Truly exceptional! Without a doubt It made my experience unforgettable, ski in ski on just a few metres from the slops! Good location, excellent food and a cosy atmosphere! Katie and her whole team were always on the lookout and resolved every concern. Highly recommended, but only if you want your stay in the Alps to be better than ever.
