Friendly staff, comfortable, quiet room with a decent sized fridge, excellent aircon even on very hot days, good eating options nearby.
If you have a car, I suggest going directly to the nearby "Cervantes Parking" unless you have lots of baggage to offload. You'll get a discount coupon for the parking at checkout time.

Hotel excelente,trato excelente 100% recomendable ubicación inmejorable todo de 10 el trato las habitaciones en el centro sin necesidad de coger el coche para ir a visitar monumentos y las calles comerciales volveremos

Hotel correcto para un dos estrellas, muy céntrico (por eso pagas como un 4 estrellas), cercano al teatro y anfiteatro. Tamaño habitación normal, limpia, con aire acondicionado y minibar. Estancia tranquila y cama cómoda. Cuarto de baño correcto. Personal atento. Tienen un convenio con un parking cercano. Personal amable.

Nos desplazamos desde Asturias para ver un concierto. Llegamos por la tarde, recibimiento muy bien. Explicaciones del recepcionista muy buenas y trato genial. Habitación muy cómoda. Había ola de calor y tuvimos el aire acondicionado toda la noche funcionando y perfecto. Ningún ruido exterior. Ubicación muy buena por el centro de Merida. Muy cerca del teatro romano. Tienen concertado con un parking cerca del hotel, precio de 10 euros por 24 horas. En líneas generales todo perfecto.

Buena situacion , a un paso del centro y de las visitas de interes. Habitacion y baño pequeñas... Sin jabon de manos y gel/champu de mala calidad. nuestra habitacion daba a patio interior y era silenciosa. Cama aceptable. Minibar vacio.... Sin detalle de 1 botellin de agua al menos. 112€ por una noche en junio en un hotel de 2* me parece muy excesivo.... Aunque lo cierto es que en toda Merida los precios de hoteles estan prohibitivos.
